Highways England partnered with TyreSafe and over 800 garages to produce one of the largest surveys of its kind, to get a true picture of the country’s tyres. It found that over 27% of tyres being replaced were already illegal, estimating that there are over 10 million cars currently on the roads with illegal tyres.

Drivers are advised by TyreSafe, The Police and Xpress Garage to ensure that your tyre depth is regularly checked. We offer this as a free service in the hope to make Falmouth’s roads safer.
